Terms of service.

1. Agreement

By using softxone.com, buying a product, or hiring us for a service, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please stop using the site.

2. Products (plugins, integrations, apps)

Licensing: when you buy a Softxone product, you receive a license to use it on the number of stores stated on the product page (single store, agency tier of 5, or lifetime as applicable).

Updates: annual licenses include 365 days of feature updates and security patches. Lifetime licenses include updates as long as the product is actively maintained.

Refunds: 30-day money-back window from date of purchase, no questions asked. Email support@softxone.com with your order ID.

Support: email-only via support@softxone.com. We reply within one business day. Active license required.

3. Services (implementation, setup, custom builds)

Scope: every engagement starts with a written Statement of Work (SOW) that lists deliverables, timeline, and fee. We don’t start work without a signed SOW.

Payment: services are billed 50% on SOW signature, 50% on delivery, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Custom builds may be billed in milestones.

Timeline: stated timelines assume reasonable client responsiveness (replies within 2 business days, access provided promptly). Delays caused by the client may extend the delivery date.

Out-of-scope work: anything outside the SOW is quoted and approved before work starts. We don’t bill surprises.

IP ownership: client owns the final deliverable. Softxone retains the right to reuse generic, non-confidential code and patterns in future work.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Softxone products to host illegal content, send unsolicited bulk email, or commit fraud. We reserve the right to revoke licenses where products are used in violation of applicable law.

5. Warranty & liability

Products are provided “as is” within the limits described on each product page. We warrant that products will substantially perform as documented during the active license period. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public information shared during an engagement confidential. We’re happy to sign your standard NDA before scoping.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a services engagement with 14 days’ written notice. Work completed up to the termination date is invoiced and payable.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Karachi.
