1. Who we are
Softxone (“we”, “us”) provides software, integrations, and implementation services for eCommerce stores. Our website is https://softxone.com.
2. What we collect
Contact form: when you submit our contact form we receive your name, email, company, website, project category, budget range, and the message you wrote. We use this only to reply to your inquiry.
Waitlist signups: if you join a product waitlist we store your name (if provided), email, and the product you asked about. We use it only to notify you when that product launches.
Analytics: we use Google Analytics to count visits and understand which pages get used. Google sets cookies for this. We do not run any other tracking, advertising pixels, or retargeting.
Server logs: our host (Hostinger) keeps standard web-server logs of IP addresses and requested URLs for security purposes.
3. What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your data to anyone.
- We don’t add you to marketing newsletters without asking.
- We don’t use third-party advertising trackers.
- We don’t share your information except where strictly required to deliver a service (e.g., payment processor at checkout).
4. How long we keep your data
Contact form submissions are retained while we’re actively in touch with you plus 12 months after the last reply. Waitlist signups are kept until the product launches or you unsubscribe. Server logs are typically rotated by our host within 30 days.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- See what data we hold about you
- Correct anything that’s wrong
- Delete it entirely
- Withdraw your consent (e.g., remove yourself from a waitlist)

6. Cookies
Our site sets one functional cookie to remember that you’ve seen the cookie notice. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (typically _ga, _gid) to measure traffic. You can refuse cookies via your browser settings without losing any functionality.
7. Changes
If we change anything material in this policy we’ll update the “last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
