Refund policy.

1. Plugins — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All SoftXone WordPress plugins (NetSuite Integration Basic, NetSuite Integration Pro, BatchTrack) come with a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.

If a plugin does not meet your needs for any reason, email us at support@softxone.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and we will issue a full refund within 3 business days.

  • Request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • One refund per customer per product.
  • Your licence key will be deactivated upon refund.
  • Renewals are refundable within 7 days of the renewal charge.

2. Digital Guides — No Refunds

Digital guides are instant-download products delivered immediately upon payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital guide sales are final and non-refundable.

If you have a technical issue accessing your download, email support@softxone.com and we will resolve it within 1 business day.

3. Services — Project-Based Policy

For implementation and custom plugin development services:

  • Before work begins: Full refund if you cancel before project kickoff.
  • After work begins: Refund of unused portion only, calculated on work completed to date.
  • After delivery: No refund once the final deliverable has been accepted.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@softxone.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The product purchased
  • Reason for refund (optional but helpful)

We process all refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are returned via the original payment method.
