Phase 1 — Discovery & Architecture (Weeks 1–2)

- Shopify Store Audit — product catalog, order flow, Shopify Markets/regions, tax, fulfillment locations, existing apps. Every Shopify-to-NS data point identified.
- Integration Architecture Document — data flow, field mapping matrix, InventoryLevel-per-location strategy, conflict policy, schedule, risk register. Approved before Phase 2.
Phase 2 — Build (Weeks 2–5)
- Full Plugin Configuration — everything in the Setup tier plus unlimited mapping rules, multi-location InventoryLevel matrix, OneWorld routing per order type, custom SuiteQL.
- Custom SuiteScript Development (if required) — SuiteScript 2.1 for workflows or custom record writes. Documented, deposited in your NS file cabinet. You own it.
- Shopify App Proxy / App Embed Extensions (if required) — Shopify-side JavaScript/Liquid as a standalone companion app to your store. You own it. No licence. No phone-home.
- Staging Environment Testing — 50+ test orders across every order type, including Shopify Markets and multi-currency edge cases. Every NS record verified. Failures fixed before cutover.
Phase 3 — Launch & Handover (Weeks 5–8)
- Production Cutover — final pre-cutover reconcile, switch to production credentials, sync log monitored for first 48 hours of live traffic.
